For existing members looking to renew their membership the renewal process is simple and may be done by mail or online.

If you are renewing within 30 days of the expiration date on your membership card, you are entitled to the discounted Renewal Fee below. If you are renewing 30 days past the expiration date you must pay the First Year Fee below.

Members holding a Restricted PAL should ensure their annual club memberships are renewed in advance of the expiration date on their membership card. This is to avoid not having a club membership for your Restricted PAL and also, it prevents any delays when members are in the process of transferring a restricted firearm or renewing their Restricted PAL.

There are two ways to renew your membership.

Online:

  1. Print and complete the MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION, the WAIVER, the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT and the E-MESSAGES CONSENT
  2. Email the 4 completed forms to membership@mvrrc.com
  3. Send an Interac e-Transfer for the full membership amount to our membership@mvrrc.com and,
    1. Interac e-Transfer Security Question should read “Name of the Club”
    2.  Interac e-Transfer Security Answer is “MVRRC2015”
    3. In the message box included with your Interac e-Transfer Security please include your name, as it appears in your Membership Application

Through the mail:

  1. Print and complete the MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION, the WAIVER, the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT and the E-MESSAGES CONSENT
  2. Mail the 4 completed forms and a Cheque or Money Order to: MVRRC, P.O. Box 224, Eastern Passage, Nova Scotia, B3G 1M5
  3. Please note if you do not include an email address in your Membership Application, it may take up to 1 month or longer to process your application by mail
